What is Active Evolution?
I guide people – usually women and men of mid-age to retirement age – to build their own skill set to:
- Recognize old beliefs and habits that just don’t make them happy
- Define what they value and what makes them happy
- Learn methods to stay present, focused, positive
- Create vision and life purpose statements
- Brainstorm, set goals, and set up accountability for achieving goals
- Re-create fulfilling futures in a balanced, playful and grounded way
