Blessing of the Animals

Join us at 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 7 at the Outdoor Chapel for our annual Blessing of the Animals! All members of the Emerald Coast community are invited to bring their beloved pets and animal friends for this special service (though we do ask no one bring any creature which may be tempted to eat or harm another). PAWS Adoption Center will be present with rescue/adoptable pets needing a forever home. They will also be collecting donations of much-needed items for the shelter. A list of acceptable donation items may be found in the church office. PAWS stresses that dry food is not needed, but canned food is, along with dozens of other items critical for their mission. Due to this service and the annual meeting scheduled for the next morn-ing, we will not hold our regu-lar, 5:00 PM “Come As You Are” evening service on this day (October 7).
