Breastfeeding Education Class

Join Fort Walton Beach Medical Center from the safety of your home for a VIRTUAL breastfeeding education class with our lactation consultant, Kristy Fors, RN, IBCLC. This webinar replaces our monthly in-person breastfeeding class. Topics include; breastfeeding in the hospital and in the early weeks, milk production, positioning and attachment techniques. There will also be discussion on how a mother prepares to return to work and pumping. Links to resources will be provided. This is an interactive webinar so come ready with questions!
