Name: Florida PTAC at UWF Presents “Legal Considerations of Federal Contract Law”
Date: March 30, 2021
Time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM CDT
Event Description:
As a contractor, you will want to know the legal foundations and sources of law relevant to the procurement process when signing an offer to bid.  Join us March 30th from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. when we will address various legal issues that may develop during the phases of a contract and reinforce the foundations of federal contract law.  Those interested in attending should be new or have limited knowledge of the legal aspects of bidding on a federal government opportunity.  Note: this webinar does not teach everything there is to know about legal considerations, nor will it cover all the topics that might arise. This webinar is an overview of legal considerations when you bid on a federal contract; it does not take the place of legal counsel. No fee. Register at www.sbdc.uwf.edu under “Training & Events”.  A link for joining this no-cost webinar will be sent to those who register.  Presented by: John DiGiacomo, Procurement Specialist, PTAC at UWF
