Fort Walton Beach Christmas Parade of Lights
It's a “Parade of Lights” this year as the City of Fort Walton Beach hosts its annual Christmas Parade at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, December 5th, 2016! Float applications are now being accepted.
Parade Officials are eagerly looking forward to a glowing evening, and encourage schools, bands, youth groups, churches and businesses, as well as civic, military, religious, and service organizations to participate.
Musical entertainment will be provided by area school bands and participating applicants as the parade march moves up Eglin Parkway from First Street to the K-Mart parking lot.
A panel of prominent citizens will judge the event and the winners will be awarded plaques and recognized at a City Council Meeting.
