Event Description:
Hershel "Woody" Williams is the sole surviving Marine from WWII to have received the Medal of Honor by President Harry S. Truman. Founder of the Hershel Woody Williams Medal of Honor Foundation, he will be in Pensacola to help facilitate the placement of a new Gold Star Families Memorial Monument at Veterans Memorial Park.
