Landrum HR Supervisory Training for Managers
New Manager? Supervisory Training Now Available for NWFL Supervisors
Local staffing and human resources firm, LandrumHR, is hosting a Supervisory Boot Camp Training on October 18th and 25th at their office in Pensacola.
This training will consist of two half-day sessions taught by LandrumHR’s Director of Training and Consulting, Becki Haines, PHR, SHRM-CP. The half-day sessions will be from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on both dates, and held at the LandrumHR office located at 6723 Plantation Road, Pensacola, FL 32504.
Whether you have been supervising for 10 years, or you are just starting out, Supervisory Boot Camp has something every leader can benefit from.
The training will teach supervisors how they can foster a harassment-free work environment. Additionally, it will provide tips on interviewing and hiring, coaching employees to success, and the appropriate use of progressive discipline.
