The Okaloosa County Commission on the Status of Women is hosting its first annual OCCSW Women’s Roundtable Event to bring women leaders together in voice and in purpose to continue building a better tomorrow for the women in our community.
We invite the women in Okaloosa County to join us at this roundtable to gather insights regarding the current status of women, along with collaborating on ideas and suggestions for architecting and building a better life for all women in our county.
This Women’s Roundtable Event will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at the Brooks-Beal Center, 100 Beal Pkwy NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548 from 6pm-9pm.
The roundtable will be facilitated by Esther Lynn Hemphill, MBA. Esther is a Master Facilitator and Innovation Change Agent, and she has advised Fortune 500 corporations, governmental and defense agencies, and community groups in their pursuit of solutioning and process improvement.

The Okaloosa County Commission on the Status of Women was established by the Board of County Commissioners in 1995 to eliminate barriers to achievement for women through research, education, and communication. OCCSW annually recognizes and honors women who have made significant contributions toward improving the status of women and other citizens of Okaloosa County.
OCCSW members are appointed by the Okaloosa County Commissioners. Monthly OCCSW meetings are open to the public on the fourth Monday at 5:15 PM, at the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, 34 Miracle Strip Pkwy, SE, in Fort Walton Beach, unless otherwise indicated. http://www.occsw.org/
