Servant-leadership is about people working together. Servant-Leadership is about valuing employees in order to accomplish the vision, mission, and purpose of the organization. Servant-leadership is creating a team that produces quality work within an environment that seeks ultimate growth and professional development for each employee.

This seminar brings people together to listen to one another, to increase emotional intelligence, to resolve conflict, and to make better decisions for the organization and one’s life.
