Eddie Mary Daniel Abdulhaqq, Outreach & Education Coordinator with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is leading this seminar where the following topics will be addressed -

  • An overview of the federal employment anti-discrimination laws the EEOC enforces.
  • The reasons employers need to know the law and how a violation may affect their business.
  • How diversity, or the lack of diversity, may indicate unlawful employment discrimination.
  • A review of the EEOC's investigative process and examples of case studies.

(Please note: This is a 2-hour seminar, certified for SHRM/HRCI professional credits. Lunch is included with the cost of admission.)
