The strength of a team lies in the ability of the team members to recognize not only their individual strengths and contributions but the strengths of others around them. Individually we can do good things but collectively we can do great things.
In this training we will learn to:
• Getting to the root of the conflict- becoming aware of the problems that lead to a lack of team unity
• Identify individual strengths and weaknesses in you and your team
• Create an atmosphere of Trust
• Motivate your taskforce
• Inspire others to create new ideas – creative thinking the Google way
• How to become a Leader/Mentor
