Event Description:
One Hopeful Place is gearing up to open a ladies shelter and the ladies of WomenConnect have agreed to support this community project. Rather than having our traditional March 24th meeting at the chamber, the group will be meeting at One Hopeful Place on Saturday, March 13th, from 8 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
The group will be dusting, wiping down surfaces, sweeping floors, painting walls, and other deep cleaning needs and small projects. Please bring a broom, gloves and wear clothes that you can get dirty in.
If you would like to help but not able to join us, please consider other ways you can support One Hopeful Place. Click Here for a Needs and Wish List. Items from the Needs and Wish List (excluding large furniture items) can be dropped off at the FWB Chamber of Commerce.
