DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, September 15\, The Pyramid Players will present Taking NYC\, an original and inspirational musical that will give you a glimpse into what it takes to hit the big time in the Big Apple. The show will take place at the Mattie Kelly Arts Center on NW Florida State College Campus in Niceville. \n This is the 9th annual performance for The Pyramid Players of Fort Walton Beach.  Each year\, the show draws more than 600 people\, always leaving the audience entertained\, inspired and looking forward to the next year's performance.\n The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with a statewide Pyramid art show\, featuring fine art and jewelry by Pyramid-trained visual artists. There will also be a silent auction and raffle of great items from community businesses and supporters. \n At 7:30 p.m.\, the curtain rises on Taking NYC\, where the Players will take you on a journey of hope\, dreams\, drama and talent with characters you might see on the streets of New York City
