DESCRIPTION:To showcase the work of  local artists\, the Arts and Design Society presents month-long exhibits in their studio windows\, facing First Street\, Fort Walton Beach. In February\, the works of watercolor artist Toni Dineen\, who specializes in sea and beach creatures\, are on display for easy viewing. Additional information about these works is available in the Art Center office. While the window art is available for viewing 24/7\, office and gallery hours are 12 noon-4 pm\, Tuesday-Friday\, and  the gallery\, which is free to the public\, is open also from  1 pm-4 pm\, Saturday.
