    Elliott Point Elementary School is a school of 600 students enrolled in Kindergarten through fifth
    grade. The Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Programs that are housed at our school are Specific
    Learning Disabilities (SLD), Varying Exceptionalities (VE) grades K-2, Varying Exceptionalities (VE) grades
    3-5, Emotional Behavioral Disorder (EBD) grades 5, Other Health Impaired (OHI), Hearing Impaired (HI),
    Orthopedically Impaired (OI), Physical Therapist (PT) and Gifted Services. Our school serves the specific
    educational needs of children in a Title 1 elementary school with a free and reduced lunch population of
    78%. The faculty, support personnel, and parents/guardians have high academic standards and are
    committed to providing a safe, inviting and challenging environment for all students. Remediation
    programs are provided during the school day for reading and mathematics for children. Before and after
    school remediation programs provide free tutoring for qualified children in grades K through five.
